Our services are provided by lawyers, mentioned in this website, either directly or, as far as Messrs Noël Devos, Guido Van den Eynde and Geert Naulaerts are concerned through one person limited liability companies.
Our lawyers are all members of the Antwerp (Belgium) bar.
Their professional liability is insured through the liability insurance policy underwritten by the Flemish Bar Council (Orde van Vlaamse Balies) with Amlin Europe N.V., Koning Albert II laan 9, 1210 Brussels, offering worldwide coverage, subject to clarifications, limitations and exceptions mentioned in said policy.
Professional liability is limited to cases of actual cover and limited to the actual amount of such cover.
All contracts with us and/or our lawyers are governed by Belgian law, with the exclusion of such conflict rules according to which any other law would apply. Sole competence lies with the Turnhout division of the Courts of Antwerp or the Justice of the Peace of Geel.
